One of our basic tenets is confidentiality. The very nature of these discussions and workshops mean that participants may be talking about topics that some might consider uncomfortable, sensitive, or even taboo.

We want people to feel free and safe to talk about anything in our discussions and workshops. In order to maintain that sense of security, we ask that personal conversations stay within the group of people that are present for any particular event. Please be respectful of others at all times, whether at in-person events or online.

People need to know that the particular identifying details of their experiences and things they share won’t be repeated elsewhere without their knowledge and consent. The world is a much smaller place than we realize.
